FREE RETURNS PICK UP -


You have 30 days from receiving your order to return the item to the boutique. We strongly recommend that you book your free returns pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives back to the boutique in time. Please note that we can only collect returns from the same country to which your order was delivered.

What happens next?
Once the return package is picked you will be provided with a return slip using which you can tracking your shipment that you are sending back to The theitaliansole.com.

Once the package is received it will be inspected for quality standard. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

A product must be returned only if it is a wrong product received and the return request must be initiated within 24 hours of the receipt of the product.
If the recieved product is a wrong product or has some quality issues then the product will be replaced and will not be refunded .
State Taxes levied on the transaction will be bear by the customer
Custom charges, Shipping and handling charges [ 10% - 20% ] for such order refunds shall be dedudted from the COD/Online Payment amount paid by the customer.
